Acknowledgment of Risk
I, the undersigned participant, acknowledge that participation in the Gooseberry Epic Training Camp, hosted by the Intermountain Cup Racing Series on October 10-11, 2025, involves inherent risks. These risks include, but are not limited to, personal injury, equipment damage, falls, collisions with natural or man-made objects, encounters with wildlife, and the unpredictable nature of outdoor environments such as Gooseberry Mesa and Wire Mesa. I understand that mountain biking in these areas requires technical skills, proper physical conditioning, and experience. I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for evaluating my fitness and skill level before participating in this camp.
Assumption of Risk
I hereby voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in the training camp. I understand that these risks cannot be completely eliminated, even with safety measures in place.
Responsibility for Equipment, Gear, and Lodging I certify that I will bring and use a properly functioning mountain bike and appropriate riding gear, including but not limited to a helmet, gloves, and protective equipment. I affirm that I have the confidence and capability to operate my bike on technical terrain and challenging trails. I understand that I am solely responsible for arranging my own lodging for the duration of the camp.
Release and Waiver of Liability
In consideration of being permitted to participate in this event, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and
covenant not to sue the Intermountain Cup Racing Series, its owners, directors, officers, employees,
volunteers, agents, sponsors, and affiliates (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me or to any property belonging to me while participating in the training camp, regardless of whether such loss is caused by the negligence of the Released Parties.

Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any loss, liability, damage, or costs,
including court costs and attorneys' fees, that they may incur due to my participation in the event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
Medical Treatment
I authorize the Intermountain Cup Racing Series and its representatives to secure emergency medical
treatment for me in the event of an injury or illness, and I agree to be responsible for any related costs.
Media Release
I grant the Intermountain Cup Racing Series the right to use photographs, video, and/or other media
recordings taken of me during the event for promotional, educational, or other lawful purposes without
compensation.
Refund Policy
I understand and agree that no refunds will be issued for any reason after September 1, 2025, due to costs associated with hosting the camp.
Acknowledgment of Understanding
I have read this waiver and release of liability, fully understand its terms, and understand that I am giving up substantial rights, including my right to sue. I acknowledge that I am signing this agreement freely and voluntarily, and intend by my signature to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.
